Ajja Games Galaxy is committed to a high level of client service. This includes clearly communicating the costs associated with the service and the process we use to facilitate payment of fees. Below, please find our process for a refund of money for incomplete services.
When a payment of fee is made to Ajja Games Galaxy, the fees paid in advance are not earned in advance. Rather, they are retained by Ajja Games Galaxy in a client trust account. While in the client trust account they remain the client's money.
Ajja Games Galaxy will earn the fees once the player started his first Mach in the Competition, Once a schedule of matches is announced and the customer knows his competitor he will be able to return his fess before the day of the match , and If the player decides to withdraw from the competition for any reasons before his match, the player has to send an email of apology with the reasons within a minimum period of 24 hours before the match, If the customer did not show in the day of the match or he lost he will not be able to return his fees back If the player wins the first match he has to compete for the competition to end and he will not be able to return his fees back.
if the match did not complete for any technical reason or electricity problem or any other reason the match will replay again Provided that an intentional defect does not occur by a player about to lose.
Refunds are separate from the normal, above process of paying, retaining, earning and returning service fees. Rather, refunds are typically the result of an incomplete service, accounting error, or other issues relating to the service.
Ajja Games Galaxy processes all written requests for refunds. Ajja Games Galaxy will review the entire contents of the client's physical, electronic, and billing files when processing the request. Within thirty (15) days, our firm will send a written response denying the request, requesting more information, or granting the request. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion of the Ajja Games Galaxy. Ultimately, at Ajja Games Galaxy we would like to avoid the need of ever having to consider a refund. However, we are always aiming to be as transparent in our representation as possible. So we encourage our clients to ask their questions or communicate their concerns to our office immediately. We will then try to answer or address it immediately. Such a process also permits our Company to continue to grow and improve its services.
